One on one private personal training allows you work your goals while doing proper form with all exercises. It will provide you with proper accountability to stay consistent. You will learn about your health, fitness, and tips that you can execute independently.

You will be taken through a physical assessment prior to the design of your customized program. During your assessment your I will idenify the following:

identify any health conditions which may be adversely affetced by exercise

identify your current level of physical fitness

establish a baseline and future benchmark prior to starting an exercise program ​
PROGRESS TRACKING
My #1 priority is to make sure you are getting slim and fit!
in order to make sure you are progressing. I will record your measurements, body fat %, and weight every 4 weeks.

Hi, my name is Amanda D’Angelo. I am a Certified Personal Trainer.

My fitness journey began when I was 16 years old. Being young, I was out of shape, nervous, and even intimidated by the gym setting but this didn’t hinder my progress. Slowly but surely my confidence grew and I was seeing real results that positively impacted my body and mental health. As time passed my motivation, dedication, and willingness to learn increased. Soon enough fitness was no longer just a hobby, it became my lifestyle; food and the gym became my friends rather than my enemy. I often wondered how many others struggled with food and the gym and this is what motivated me to become a personal trainer. I have a genuine desire to help others reach their goals, create new goals and maximize their potential to look and feel better!
When you train with me you can expect to work hard, sweat, and have fun. Training with me is not a one way street and by that I mean you and I will be working together as a team to ensure you are seeing the best results.
