Private one-on-one personal training helps you focus on your goals while ensuring proper exercise form This approach offers the accountability needed to maintain consistency. You'll also gain knowledge about your health and fitness, along with tips to implement on your own.

I take a proactive approach by helping you change your eating habits over time. This will help you maintain your weight loss results. This system has worked for every single one of my clients, and I know it will work for you too!

CUSTOM TAILORED FITNESS PROGRAM
You will be taken through a physical assessment prior to the design of your customized program. During your assessment your I will idenify the following:

identify any health conditions which may be adversely affetced by exercise

identify your current level of physical fitness

identify your stengths and weaknesses

establish a baseline and future benchmark prior to starting an exercise program ​

PROGRESS TRACKING
My #1 priority is to make sure you are getting slim and fit!
in order to make sure you are progressing. I will record your measurements, body fat %, and weight every 4 weeks.

About Amanda
I'm Amanda D’Angelo, a Certified Personal Trainer. My fitness journey started at the age of 16. Back then, I was out of shape and felt nervous and intimidated by the gym, but that didn't stop me.
Gradually, my confidence grew as I began to see tangible results that transformed both my body and mental health. Over time my motivation and dedication flourished, and fitness evolved from a hobby into a lifestyle—food and the gym became allies than foes.
This inspired me to become a personal trainer, as I truly want to help others their goals and unlock their potential to look and feel their best! When you train with, expect to work hard, sweat, and enjoy the process.
Our training will be a collaborative effort, as we both strive for the best results together. I ask for your, a positive attitude, and to leave egos at the door. Let’s get started!
